Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CallRadius LLC ("CallRadius", "we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers callradius.io, our client and agency portals, and the CallRadius service that manages Google Local Services Ads.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything else you send through our contact, sign-up and LSA Score forms, or in email and phone conversations with us.
  • Account and billing information. Your portal login details and the details needed to bill you. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Google account data you authorize. When you connect a Google Ads or Google Business Profile account to CallRadius, or link your Google Ads account to the CallRadius manager account, we access the data described in the next section.
  • Basic technical data. Our servers keep standard logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.

Google user data

With your permission, CallRadius uses Google's APIs to access the following for the accounts you connect:

  • Google Ads / Local Services Ads: campaign settings, budgets, performance reports, and your leads, including lead contact details, call details, call recordings and messages.
  • Google Business Profile: your business listing information and customer reviews.
  • Your Google account email address, to identify which Google login is connected.

We use this data only to provide the CallRadius service to you: managing your ads and budgets, retrieving and organizing your leads, rating lead quality and submitting lead feedback to Google, measuring response time to leads, replying to reviews, and reporting results to you and to the agency that manages your account.

Call recordings are transcribed on CallRadius's own servers; the audio is not sent to any outside transcription service. To analyze lead, call and review text, we send that text to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes it on our behalf to provide this service and does not use it to train its models.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI models. We do not let anyone read it except as needed to provide the service, for security, to comply with the law, or with your consent.

CallRadius's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we share information

  • Your agency. If an agency or reseller manages your account through CallRadius, they can see your account's data in their portal.
  • Service providers who help us run CallRadius, such as hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery and AI processing (Anthropic). They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
  • Legal reasons. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our clients, CallRadius or others.
  • Business transfers. If CallRadius is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that transaction under this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After you disconnect an account or end service, we delete or anonymize the related data within a reasonable period, except records we must keep for billing, tax or legal purposes.

Your choices

  • Disconnect Google access at any time: remove CallRadius from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or unlink the CallRadius manager account in Google Ads. You can also ask us to disconnect it.
  • Access, correction or deletion. Email us to request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted.
  • Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and restricted server access to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as required by law if a breach affects it.

Children

CallRadius is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and tell clients by email of significant changes.
