CallRadius Partner (White-Label Reseller) Agreement — Summary of Terms

Between your agency ("Partner") and CallRadius LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, Scottsdale, AZ ("CallRadius"). Version CR-RESELLER-2026-09. These highlights summarize — and are part of — the complete CallRadius Reseller & White-Label Agreement, which you accept by signing below and which controls if anything here differs. A copy is emailed to you and the exact text is archived with your signature.

1. What you get

A non-exclusive right to resell the CallRadius platform under your own brand: white-label client dashboards and reports, the partner portal (prospect scanning, proposals, client onboarding, account tracking), and wholesale per-account pricing.

2. The reseller model & pricing

You own the client relationship and bill your clients at the retail price you choose — the margin is 100% yours. CallRadius bills you the wholesale rate of $200 per active client account per month, invoiced monthly, payable upon receipt. An account connected during any part of a month bills for the full month, and there is no free-trial period through the partner channel — client accounts are billable from the day they connect. Wholesale price changes require 30 days’ notice and never touch a founding partner’s locked rate.

3. No card today

Signing creates your partner account and portal access. Nothing bills until you activate your first client account, and our partner team confirms your wholesale pricing with you in writing first.

4. Accurate marketing

You agree to market CallRadius truthfully and within our brand-claims guidelines (provided in your portal) — including accurate descriptions of Google’s Local Services Ads programs, no invented performance claims, and no “first / only / patented” claims (the platform is patent-pending).

5. We protect your clients

Client protection: while you’re a CallRadius partner, we will not solicit your clients — the client relationship and the margin are yours, and nothing in the agreement restricts your marketing. Both sides keep the other’s non-public information (including pricing and client data) confidential.

6. Term

Month-to-month; either side may terminate with 30 days’ notice (10-day cure for material breach). Client accounts wind down at the end of their billing periods — your clients are never stranded.

7. Support

CallRadius operates the platform and provides partner support; you provide first-line contact for your clients (we help — including done-with-you closes on your first two deals).

8. The legal frame

Arizona law; disputes go to AAA arbitration in Maricopa County, AZ. The platform is provided as-is — ad results depend on Google and are not guaranteed. Each side’s liability is capped at six months of wholesale fees; you are responsible for your own client contracts and marketing, and we stand behind the platform’s IP. CallRadius may update the agreement on 30 days’ notice — continued reselling accepts the update, and no update can reduce a founding partner’s locked rate. Small disputes, including unpaid wholesale fees, can go to small claims court instead of arbitration.
