CallRadius Client Service Agreement — Summary of Terms

This agreement is between your business ("Client") and Total AI Marketing LLC, Scottsdale, AZ ("CallRadius"). Version CR-CLIENT-2026-07.

1. The service

CallRadius provides AI-driven management of your Google Local Services Ads account: budget optimization, AI lead triage and lead-quality feedback to Google (credit recovery), position monitoring, schedule and geographic optimization, review management, reporting, and a client portal. Some capabilities (such as SMS speed-to-lead and review-request messaging) activate as they roll out to paid accounts.

2. Trial and fees

Your trial is free for 14 days from signup. If not cancelled by day 14, service continues at your selected plan rate per LSA account, plus a one-time $499 setup fee. Google ad spend is separate: you pay Google directly for your Local Services Ads; CallRadius never bills your ad spend.

3. Access you grant

You authorize CallRadius to access and manage your Google Local Services Ads account (and linked Business Profile where applicable) for the purposes above, including making budget and configuration changes on your behalf within the platform's safety limits.

4. Cancellation

Cancel anytime with effect from the end of the current billing period (or immediately during trial). No refunds for partial months; no cancellation fees.

5. Honest expectations

CallRadius optimizes aggressively but no ranking, lead volume, or credit-recovery amount is guaranteed — Google controls its auction and its credit decisions.

6. Data

Your account data is used to operate and improve your service and is never sold. Card details are held by Stripe, not by CallRadius.
